Lead Coach: Horizontal Jumps (On going)

Within the amateur athletics club environment I continually work towards refining the pathway from grassroots to elite level by integrating; technical coaching, strength & conditioning and medical services into one system accessible to developing athletes. We have a very committed and cohesive squad aged 14+ that have a track record of achieving medal success from club level to schools international level and everywhere inbetween.

Lead Coach: Short Sprints & Power Events (Period: 09/15-07/18)

I started as a Strength & Conditioning Intern with field events & multi-sports, and progressed to become the academy's Lead Coach for Short Sprints and Power Events. Within this role I managed an interdisciplinary team that supported junior athlete's of all levels from complete beginner to those who have achieved at national level and are now aiming to compete on a world stage within their respective age groups.

For prospective individuals the Wolves Academy has a proven track record for accelerating athletes on the pathway from amateur  to elite by integrating all aspects of training with academic studies.

Lead Coach: Horizontal Jumps  (Period:10/15-06/18)

I planned and led sessions for the CUAC Jumpers. Together we balanced their extraordinary academic pressures and time constraints with the commitments of athletics training. This was a mixed group, ranging from complete beginners to national medalists. Their sole goal is to beat Oxford at any opportunity. #GDBO

Assistant Coach: Sprints (Period: 10/16-07/18)

Under the mentorship of coach Ryan Freckleton I worked as part of an interdisciplinary team of coaches and therapists supporting a squad of elite athletes whom have achieved GB selections and competed on the world stage. I set up sessions, oversaw warm ups and provided technical feedback on track and in the gym.
