Summer Speed Programme

All abilities welcome to join us and get fast for summer with the Speed Programme! I am a specialist youth & junior development coach, in the last 3 years my athletes have taken 68 medals across regional and national championships, a junior international gold medal, 2 GB Junior representations, 1 England Junior representation and 1 England Senior representation. As well as a strong track record, I pride myself on seeing high retention rates in my own squad, and others who have been part of my programme going onto join other coaches or other sports.

Over this 12 week programme athletes will learn about; Correct movement, Rhythm, Posture, Force generation & application and much much more… Upon graduating from this programme the athletes will not only be stronger, faster and better educated… But they will leave more happier and more confident in their own performance.
